  • My preferred method of communication is email. I am open to other forms as needed. All emails received during business hours will be responded to the same day.

  • *Saturday & Sunday

    9 am - 2 pm (Occasionally, afterhours).

    *While I am usually available on the weekends, I may become unavailable occasionally. It is highly recommended to inform me ahead of time if you will need my services for the weekend. Usually a day or two before is best.

  • Fees vary based on type of service. For a service sheet, email me at stephanieflorestc@gmail.com

  • I get paid when you get paid. If a transaction is terminated no fee is due. The file will be closed out and I’ll get paid when you get back under contract and close with this buyer or seller client. *Please note that the termination fee is subject to change for agents with a high number of terminations and/or working our first transaction together.
